    Roomy stay with friendly hosts

    The hosts were cute and eager to provide suggestions about local attractions. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped.

    The parking situation was quite challenging, especially with tight spaces that limited maneuverability. The bathroom's location downstairs was inconvenient during nighttime visits.

    All the staff is well-mannered and is engaged to make your stay really enjoyable. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, close to many restaurants, supermarket, attractions and restaurant, and eateries. The main bar is a nice plus.

    Surprised in the best way!

    What a good stay! The staff's friendliness and readiness to assist stood out. My spacious room came with a soothing spa bath, the perfect end to a busy day exploring. The warm atmosphere and clean accommodations exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return!

    Every thing was what you would expect at a good 4 star motel apart from problem below.

    We had an upstairs/downstairs 2bed unit The staircase has small treads on it and a handrail that doesn't quite reach bottom. 2 of us slipped and fell off last few stairs. One has badly sprained ankle.

    I stayed for 2 nights in a Two-Story Two-Bedroom Apartment with Spa Bath while visiting the nearby geothermal valley. The apartment was tidy and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay, especially enjoying a soak in the spa bath after our activities. While the parking was a bit tight, and the dining table felt a little cramped, these did not overshadow the overall experience.

    Sue and Paul were fantastic from the moment we walked in the office. Very helpful with things to do in the area. Nothing was a problem no matter what the time was. Very spacious apartment.

    coffee and tea supplied not the best. The All Blacks jacket - go the Wallabies.

    I stayed with my family in a Two-Story Two-Bedroom Apartment with Spa Bath. The unit was tidy, spacious, and provided everything we needed. Having a spa bath after a long day was fantastic! The kitchenette was a big plus, and the free WiFi was very helpful for our plans.
